The new Tropicana Medical Centre consists of a block of 7 storey hospital building with a lower ground level. Located in Kota Damansara Petaling Jaya, it caters for 120 beds with full range of medical facilities. NILAI MEDICAL CENTER, NILAI
Overall master planning of the hospital complex and refurbishment in stages starting with converting existing visitor residential wing into 11 single bedded ward rooms with support facilities, renovating a shell floor into 30 beds wards of single, double and four bedded ward rooms, renovation for a new Labour and delivery department and others
O&G WARD RENOVATION HOSPITAL PUTRAJAYA, PUTRAJAYA
Provided medical planning and interior design consultancy for converting the existing nurses hostel to the recently completed O&G ward consisting 40 beds of single bed and double bed rooms. The O&G ward is also equipped with a Special Care Nursery. The O&G ward block is connected via a bridge to the existing Labour and Delivery department of the existing Hospital Putrajaya.
PREMIERCARE MEDICAL CENTRE, JOHORE
A 200-bedded Medical Centre which is designed based on typical footprints and is ultimately being developed as a medical prototype. The project is located at Seri Alam, Johor.
PANTAI AYER KEROH HOSPITAL, MALACCA
An Annex extension to the existing Pantai Ayer Keroh Hospital in Malacca. It houses the new Oncology Department, ICU/CCU, Specialist Clinic, Nurses Training Centre and the Administration Department.
WAD & KLINIK PSIKIATRIK, HOSPITAL KAJANG
Provided Architectural, Medical Planning and Interior Design consultancy to the Ministry of Health under the RMK-9. The psychiatry ward is designed to steer away from the typical psychiatric institution environment. Its interior is homely and welcoming to better aid the psychiatric patient admitted to the ward.
The Talam Medical Centre is conceived as an intergrated Medical Complex with a 160 to 200 bedded hospital and 30 specialist suites in the Medical Office Annexe. There are also 80 units of 3 storey medical related shop offices adjoining the medical complex. This project is located in Pandan Indah and is completed in 1998. The medical complex was leased to the Pantai Hospital group in 2002 and ArkiPac Sdn Bhd was re-engaged to provide architectural, medical planning and interior designing services for the refurbishment of the building now known as Hospital Pantai Indah.

A 260 bedded private medical centre located in Bandar Sunway – it is a prestigious development synonymous with the concept of ‘Resort Living in the City’. Amongst its neighbours are the highly successful Sunway Lagoon Resort, Sunway Resort Hotel and the Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre.
ALPHA IVF CENTRE, KOTA DAMANSARA
Provided Medical Planning and Interior Design consultancy for renovating an existing medical centre to a fertility specialist center, complete with in-house fertility labs.
SELANGOR MEDICAL CENTRE, SHAH ALAM
This 224 bedded medical centre is the first comprehensive private medical facility located in Shah Alam, Selangor. It was built based on a project budget of RM 66 million and was successfully commissioned in 1996.
SRI MANJUNG HOSPITAL, PERAK
A 268-bed district hospital designed, constructed, completed and commissioned based on a turnkey contract. This project was implemented on a Fast track system, completed within 2 years and has been in operation since 1994. Located on a green field site, the hospital was conceived based on a system of courtyards whereby the idea of a high tech hospital function in symbiosis with natural ventilation, thus using minimal mechanical aid for circulation purposes
PANTAI MEDICAL CENTRE, BANGSAR
The redevelopment of Pantai Medical Centre, Bangsar, comprising a new 8 storey twin tower building. It is situated adjacent to the existing building. This 396-bedded extension covers approximately 50,000 sqm.

NASSER BIN AHMED PRIVATE HOSPITAL, QATAR
A proposed 3-storey 153 bedded prestigious private hospital in Doha, Qatar, with integrated Islamic design principles and 6-star quality facilities in medical services, accommodation, hospitality and public amenities.
HOSPITAL UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA SABAH, SABAH
The proposed Hospital is designed as a compact complex consisting of a hospital block and service block at the rear.
The hospital block consist of a 5 storey of podium floors and 5 storey of tower block with inpatient wards. Within the podium lies the Private Wing and CME.
As a teaching hospital the entire hospital complex is located adjacent to the existing Sekolah Perubatan UMS. It is link with a Student Square on ground floor and a link bridge on Level 2.
The building frontage is facing South with vista view of the hospital lake and the main hospital entrance. The back end facing north house the support services with loading access i.e catering, medical store, mortuary etc.
WOMEN AND CHILDREN HOSPITAL, KLGH
Located in Kuala Lumpur, the Women and Children Hospital shall cater for 600 beds with a total gross floor area of 120,517m2, providing secondary and tertiary level care services in the specially disciplines of Obstetric and Gynaecology and Paediatrics. In addition, the hospital will become a premier center for research and training in the above-mentioned disciplines, to be a leader in improving the health of women and children in the country
UPM TEACHING HOSPITAL, KUALA LUMPUR
A proposed teaching hospital on a 95 acres site adjacent to the existing Hospital Serdang, and the new teaching hospital itself occupies 45 acres of the site.
Under the Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) the teaching hospital is designed as such to provide post graduate teaching facilities and tertiary referral centre complementing the medical and allied health faculty provision already provided in the current Hospital Serdang.
Both hospital shall fulfill the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) where by the teaching hospital shall operate in smart partnership with Hospital Serdang where both entities complement each other in terms of services.
TAMPIN HOSPITAL, NEGERI SEMBILAN
The new 108 bedded hospital in Tampin is located on the hill, above the existing Klinik Kesihatan. Although the current design is meant for 108 inpatient beds only, the proposed design has taken into account and provided for the flexibility to upgrade the hospital to 200 beds in the future.

A new National Oncology Center located within the Eric Williams Sceinces Medical complex in Mount Hope will provide outpatient services, HDR Brachytheraphy, and state of the art Radiation Treatment programme for the people of Trinidad & Tobago.
